The Birth Nurture Circle is a warm, non-clinical space for mamas & birthing people who have given birth within the last 12 months to come together and share birth stories.
This circle welcomes all birth experiences, joyful, complicated, tender or still unfolding. There is no fixing, analysing or judgement here. You are invited to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, or simply to listen and be held in the presence of others who understand.
Babies are very welcome.
Tickets are £5, which simply covers room hire and a tea or coffee during the session. This is a peer support space and does not provide medical or therapeutic care.
