Pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period is an exciting and magical time & can be very different with each baby. Whether this is your first pregnancy or you have experience of the birth world already, I am here to support you throughout.
This huge moment in life comes with many changes, physically, emotionally & practically. Decision making and preparation for the arrival of baby can feel daunting at times, we can begin to doubt ourselves and our abilities.

Generations of women before us grew, birthed and fed their babies. You can too!
Gaining knowledge & accessing support is the key to trusting your body. Whether you have a niggling question, need some support navigating NHS Services, would like to enrol on a Birth Preparation course, need a little guidance when writing your birth plan or a familiar face to pop in and chat in the first few days, I can be there for you.
